CommBox Manage is an easy to use cloud platform that allows IT and AV managers to centrally monitor, manage and support CommBox touchscreens and displays wherever they are. Not only that, CommBox Manage is compatible with other devices such as laptops, tablets, mobile devices and more.

CommBox is so confident in our product quality that we offer a 5 year, true onsite warranty with all touchscreens, guaranteeing a same day response to any claims placed before 3pm. Our office hours are: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 17:00pm AEDT (Sydney time).

  • Step 1: LOG A CASE – Report your warranty issue you experience through our online portal or by contacting our office on 02 9975 6001
  • Step 2: SAME DAY RESPONSE – A member of our Australian Support team will contact you to diagnose the issue
  • Step 3: ONSITE SERVICE – If required, an onsite service to rectify the issue will be scheduled
