Purchasing

Do you provide quotes?
Yes, our website allows quotes to be generated directly from the products’ page. Simply add all requested products and quantity, click on “Add to Quote”, fill out your contact details and you will receive a PDF quote directly into your inbox. From there you will be able to Accept it and move forward with your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We offer Government agencies and Education organisations the possibility to go on a Credit Account with us, allowing them to send us their Purchase Order and make payment within 30 days from invoice date.
Private Companies or Individuals have the ability to pay via Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit Cards. Please note in this case, we can only process your order once complete payment has been received.

What are my payment options?
We accept payment via Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), American Express (AMEX), PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer (EFT). Please note, surcharges may apply.

Do you provide support with the purchase of hardware?
All products on our website come with a Limited Hardware Warranty to which period may vary. In addition, we assist with Level 1 Support. For eligible Level 2 (Advanced Support) and Level 3 (Hardware Replacement), please refer to the vendor’s warranty. In any case, please lodge a Warranty Claim via our Contact page.


Shipping

How much is shipping for my order?
We offer Free Shipping to Standard Ground Level. Delivery requiring a forklift or more than one delivery driver (eg. bulk or heavy items) may occur additional charges.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes of Suite Number. Shipping addresses must be physical addresses with a person available for receiving the goods. We recommend using a Corporate delivery address as signature may be required upon delivery.

Do you provide tracking details with each order?
Yes, once your order is ready for dispatch, we will share the tracking details via email using the email address provided in your Order.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship within mainland only. Neighbouring islands might be eligible as we want our help to reach as many people as possible. If your country is eligible, please note the following:

•           Additional International shipping fees will apply;
•           Custom fees will be at the recipients’ expenses;
•           We do not waive any local government taxes;
•           Full upfront payment via by Bank Transfer must be completed before the order can be processed;
•           We do not guarantee delivery time frame;
