What are my payment options?
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal and direct bank transfer. Please note, surcharges apply to credit card and PayPal payments.

Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping for my order?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Australia. This applies to all orders placed online – there is no minimum cost.
Can my order be shipped out via express post?
Yes. We can organise express shipment for an additional fee of $50. Please contact us before placing an order via express post.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. Unfortunately, shipping addresses on all orders need to be physical addresses. We require the address to be attended, so that a signature is obtained upon delivery.
Do you provide tracking details with each order?
Yes. All orders are assigned tracking details with our preferred courier. We require the shipping address to be attended, so that a signature is obtained upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We strongly advise you seek assistance from one of our specialists before purchasing any product online, as we do not provide refunds for purchases made incorrectly.
